House Bill 23-1120 Mandatory Pre-Eviction Mediation Scheduling Portal
Only landlords can schedule up mediation using this portal.
✓ Mediation is virtual and will be on Zoom or WebEx
✓ Talk to the tenant(s) to find out a date and time when everyone is free.
✓ Collect email addresses and phone numbers from all tenants.
✓ You will pay a $100 deposit that cannot be refunded to the mediator. All mediators are independent contractors. Make sure the mediator accepts a payment method you can use.
